Carte Blanche is a semi-realistic lion roleplay game based on various elements. It is rated PG 13 - R, for the potential graphic violence or sexual themes depicted within the forum. Roleplay is set in liquid time, thus allowing a flexible atmosphere so that members may be able to post in more than one thread at the same time and are encouraged to engage with a variety of characters.

Audition All activated members are required to audition their character here before being allowed to roleplay and access the remainder of the forum. Your devotion and detailing in your character will determine whether you not you will be accepted here as we will judge according to your audition.

Glacial Peak The top of the mountains make way to snow and ice and more snow. Like the Akan Ice Strip and Death's Grasp, it is a harsh climate to reside within due to the bitter and forceful wind storms, and driving snow. There is rarely a break between the hail and snow falls, however when the atmosphere clears one may be able to find caves of refuge. In the heart of the peak, accessible by a system of tunnels, is a gigantic pool of water that gives life to the streams and the Migwi River that is bone chilling to the touch.

Buras Mountains They say that you can hear the goddesses whispering secrets and whistling tunes through the jagged and narrow peaks of the mountains. Widely spaced evergreen trees and plentiful bushes and mild undergrowth. Little rivers snake their way through the territory and eventually filter down into the Migwi River. The air at the top of the foothills is the most clean and revitalizing air that one could breathe in, and myths have it that there is a mystical pond that hides from outsiders.

Chaek Foothills Elathsay Pridelands The foothills are probably one of the most lively and supportive areas of the entire land. Tall hills and mountains covered in emerald green and gold are dotted with tall pines and leaf-bearing trees. Stoney, gray rock twists itself into fantastic shapes that house many a creature, casting many eerie shadows onto the ground. If one looks closely, there is a startling resemblance to ribs in many of these structures. As if on instinct, prey is seldom found here as there are many places to hide.
Migwi River A long and wide river that nurtures and quences the thirst of every territory in the area. Though to the naken eye one would percieve it as going from other lands, through Raahkor and then out again, the Migwi river actually has a series of underground passage ways that allows it to fill and water the bodies of water throughout Raahkor.

Okeak Grasslands Nothing higher than green and gold grass grows out here besides the occasional tree. The sun stays out from early in the morning until late in the evening, and rain, unlike every other region, is a quarter-annual event that every creature looks forwards to. The soil is very dry, cracked and dusty in some parts, and there is only one watering hole that is made up of a hand-full of other small ones.
Death's Grasp Vaebas Pridelands In one part its a thinly spaced forest where the thick boughs from the trees create an artificial darkness. Vines sneak their way along the ground, and roots of trees stick high above. In the other part, a dead-zone exists where no trees, plantlife, sunlight or even living creatures reside for the thick, pollution-like fog engulfs the area and creates a deadly atmosphere. If one masters the perils of the Grasp, however, it proves a safehaven against enemies unlike any other.
Akan Ice Strip An abnormal piece of land that is simply snow and ice. The border between the Strip and Death's Grasp is abrupt and obvious; almost as if there is a barrier separating the two territories, one side is deathly dark and the other is a frosty white. Very few dwell and survive in this area as no plant life, and very small wildlife thrive.

Jhoorv Jungle A quiet and peaceful jungle filled with brilliantly coloured plants and wildlife. Trees stand tall with thick trunks and long branches covered in dark leaves that often block out sunlight. Thunderstorms however, are one of the most common weather conditions, and despite the colder seasons, the trees never loose their leaves as the temperatures never drop below zero.

Thaess Desert Rattlesnakes and other reptiles make their primary home here. The sun is hot and relentless during the day, and at night it is only a few degrees warmer than the Ice Strip. Cacti and other desert plants are extremely abundant. Near the eastern part of the desert, however, is a vast collection of caves that can be used to escape the day's heat. Be wary though when entering these caves, as you may or may not encounter something unpleasant..

Out of Character
Plotting There is never a time here where you will not come up with a great idea or plot involving your character and others. Creativity is the main key to a roleplay and is greatly encouraged by everyone, so long as it does not get out of hand or push the limitations. Be sure to inform an admin or moderator if you have an idea that might be considered pushing it. Boardwide plots or plots pretaining to the different packs and groups should be addressed to an Admin or Moderator and they will discuss posting it up.
Lounge This is the out of character board that members may come to relax and converse either about the game, or other CB-unrelated topics. If you’re bored or have low muse, (intelligently) spam your little heart away. But be sure to minimize profanity and avoid aggressive topics or rants regarding other members. You are welcome to speak your opinions about it, but keep the peace and members out of it. This is also the place to start up silly games with other members or gain other's opinions.
The Promenade The Promenade, also known as a gallery, is a place to keep all doodles, writings or photomanips and studios. All tasteful writing, poetry, and other literature works are welcome, as well as graphic and digital designs and artwork. Studios are available for members to browse and submit applications for a custom design, so keep a look out for those goods.
Archives This is where all the old threads, profiles and plots are kept once they've been completed or used. If you rejoin and want/need your old plot or thread back for something else or to continue then it is located here so that you don't have to digging for it.
